Senior Bottle Cap Technologist 　　

Job Description：

a. Draw up manufacturing technique of bottle cap by combining the company’s products

b. Assist to accomplish line test and batch production of new products, and daily test of new samples

c. Assist in establishing production lines

d. Look for cooperative manufacturers; understand their production lines and technologies; present modified proposals on production lines and technologies for cooperation

e. In actual production, analyze to find problems and improvement in technological process of production; propose improvement plan and lead for execution

f. Compile product control plan; perfect instructor of standard operations, including BOM/PWI

g. Accomplish other tasks from the company

Job Requirements：

a. Background of science and engineering; Master’s degree or above in high polymer material, injection or chemical engineering is preferred; 

b. 5+ years working experience in injection industry; familiar with injection process and equipment operation

c. Favorable management thinking in technological process; experience of Lean or Sigma project is preferred

d. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

e. Strong ability of operation, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

f. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon

g. Forgetive, creative and result-oriented
