Production Director 　　

Job Description：

a. Responsible for overall construction and management of manufacturing base, including process technology, manufacture and assembly, warehouse logistics, equipment and material, administration and logistics, etc.

b. Formulate production plan and product standard, and plan to organize production on schedule

c. Perfect requirements of ISO9001 quality system and industry standard, and implement them in practical work; formulate factory quality objectives and organize to implement them; cooperate with each department to exercise strict control over manufacturing quality

d. Carry out technology improvement and capacity planning; promote capacity and reduce cost

e. Perfect factory’s working routine and performance standard procedure; organize staff training; have all management work under control

f. Guarantee safety production, and eliminate hidden danger in production field

Job Requirements：

a. Full-time Bachelor’s degree, engineering background

b. 10+ years’ management experience in production manufacturing system; proficient in production field management; have rich experience in production efficiency, promotion of quality, and cost control

c. Have basic knowledge of Total Quality Management and ISO9001, TS16949

d. Ability of business overall planning and programming; management skills such as planning, organization, domination and coordination, etc.

e. Excellent leadership, influence, decision-making ability, executive ability, communication and coordination ability with team spirit
