Low Power Consumption Wireless Technology R&D Manager 　　

Job Description：

a. Build team to research and develop products by combining nanogenerator technology and low power consumption wireless technolog

b. Design multilayer radio frequency PCB, including RF circuit and antenna parts

c. Solve together with OEM factory on OCB’s test and quality problem, responsible for lifecycle of hardware products

d. Design, develop and test software in low power consumption embedded environment

e. Develop low power consumption wireless communication network protocol stack

f. Compose design and use documentation

g. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

h. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

i. Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Ph.D degree in electronics, computer, automation, communication, etc.; technology development experience in embedded wireless or low power wireless product, scheme and system is preferred

b. 5+ years’ experience of developing and designing PCB; 5+ years’ experience of designing radio-frequency circuit and antenna

c. Familiar with circuit board development and wiring tools; familiar with Altium Design; and experiences of designing and wiring antenna and radio-frequency circuit are preferred

d. Familiar in using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, frequency analyzer, vector network analyzer, CW signal measuring instrument

e. Experience of designing RF small-signal circuit; related experience of designing RF power amplifier (fixed amplitude circuit, standing-wave ratio protection circuit, RF path switch)

f. 3+ years’ experience of developing embedded software

g. Familiar with architecture of at least one singlechip, such as nRF24 series, Sirf series, MSP430 or ARM

h. Experience of developing wireless communication protocol, such as ZigBee, 15.4, ANT, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and NMEA protocol, etc. is preferred

i. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

j. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, leading and teamwork

k. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
