Senior Photoelectronics R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Responsible for development, design and test of photoelectricity sections during product R&D processes; characterize product performances; responsible for fault treatments; and propose improving suggestions

b. Responsible for purchasing, using and maintenance of optical instruments required

c. Responsible for relevant experimental work and analysis and research of experimental data; conduct accurate detection to various performances of related products

d. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a.  Above Bachelor’s degree of physics, material or microelectronics, Ph.D degree is preferred

b.  Research background of semiconductor photoelectricity, familiar with electronic circuit and energy conversion test system, familiar with analogue and digital circuits

c.  Obvious background of theoretical knowledge of photoelectric conversion, familiar with photoelectric sensor and related test methods

d.  Grasping technologies of light path construction, solar energy test and spectrum test

e.  Familiar with preparation principles and technologies of luminescent materials such as LED, OLED, LCD, EL or plasma. Ability of intensity test and energy analysis of luminescence spectrum

f.   Ability to accomplish other photoelectric technologies and test tasks by the company

g.  Strong ability of operation, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork. Ability to develop and design products independently

h.  Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
