Senior Plant Electricity Applications Researcher 　　

Job Description：

a.  Combine plant electricity with nanogenerator technologies and utilize; develop a series of applied research in the fields of phytophysiology, biochemical sensor, plant research, forest protection, ecological monitoring, precision planting and plant energy utilization

b.  Design and develop relevant products; conduct accurate detection of various performances for the products

c.  Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; conduct analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d.  Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e.  Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.    Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a.  Ph.D degree of phytophysiology, phytoecology, crop science or rhizospheric microflora of soil science

b.  Experiences of plant’s index of physiological response, especially plant’s absorption and transportation process (including gas, ion and transpiration) are preferred

c.  Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

d.  Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

e.  Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
