Senior Macromolecules R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a.  Research macromolecular materials’ applications in the field of nanogenerators

b.  Conduct accurate detection of various performances for related products

c.  Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; being responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d.  Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e  Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a.  Above Master’s degree of organic chemistry or macromolecular chemistry; Ph.D degree or working experience is preferred

b.  Experiences of researching conductive macromolecule, ferroelectric / dielectric macromolecule, and macromolecule’s doping vario-property

c.  Experiences of researching macromolecular materials’ surface mechanical and friction properties, and micro machine shaping methods and technologies

d.  Experiences of researching conductive macromolecules, OLED macromolecules, electrochromatic macromolecules and luminescent macromolecules

e.  Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

f.  Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

g.  Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
