Job Description
a. Assist CEO in the company’s operation and management
b. Participate in the company’s general strategic planning; perfect various systems and operation management
c. Push forward selling operation; popularize the company’s products; organize to accomplish comprehensive business plan
d. Perfect internal information systems; push forward financial, administration and HR management
e. Coordinate and support each department in their work; strengthen teamwork mechanism
f. Maintain and develop all aspects of external relationship
g. Manage and motivate the department’s job performance
h. Other tasks from CEO
Job Requirements
a. Possess elite MBA degree
b. 10+ years operation or top managerial experience in scientific & technical corporation; venture experience is preferred
c. Outstanding capacity of leadership and management, and favorable business concepts
d. Strong team spirit, organization and planning ability, and favorable communication skills
e. Able to have extensive contact with top leaders of the government and enterprises, and communicate in depth
f. Strong logical thinking
g. Conscientious and rigorous; pursue success; vigorous and able to work under pressure
