Job Description
a. Organize to formulate human resources strategic planning in line with the company’s development strategy; participate in significant personnel decision
b. Organize periodically to collect staff’s ideas and suggestion 
c. Organize periodically to collect information such as personnel, recruitment, training, evaluation and compensation; supply information support for the company on significant personnel decision
d. Organize to formulate regulations, implementation details and working procedures according to the company’s situation, such as recruitment system, training system, compensation and evaluation system, personnel files management system, employee manual, etc., and take charge of the implementation
e. Responsible for work analysis, position description and personnel allocation; propose organization setting, position description and design proposal; present improvement scheme on the company’s organizational structure design
f. Responsible for establishing unblocked internal communication channel among the company and subsidiaries; know staff’s suggestion and ideas in time
g. Listen to and adopt staff’s rationalization proposals positively, and feed back to relevant departments
h. Accept staff complaint, survey and solve with relevant department
i. Establish effective motivation system, to make staff give full play to enthusiasm and creativity
Job Requirements
a. Bachelor’s degree or above
b. 10+ years’ HR related working experience; at least 5+ years’ working experience of human resources management
c. Proficient in English listening and speaking, to conduct overseas talent recruitment 
d. Background in high-tech company is preferred
e. Be able to work in Tangshan, Hebei
