Product Manager (Sr.)/Director/VP 　　

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Conduct market and competitor analysis; grasp market dynamics; define suitable products based on our nanogenerator technologies to satisfy user needs

b. Draft product descriptions; strive to ensure clear definitions of product requirements and business cases with research personnel, partner and potential users

c. Recommend product proposals to top management and gain approval; write to describe product requirements and write project roadmap; define yardsticks of successful projects; push forward projects.

d. Arrange product release activities together with marketing department

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

a. Bachelor of science or engineering and MBA degree of elite schools; candidate who is familiar with piezoelectricity technology, including piezoelectric film and pressure cable, is preferred

b. 5+ years’ working experience of product management in high-tech company, familiar and able to manage whole life cycles of products, including definition, development, test, release, support and delisting

c. Good business sense and excellent analysis ability

d. Good communication skills, leadership and team spirit

e. Pay attention to details, forgetive, creative and result-oriented

f. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon

g. Fluent Chinese and English
