Solar Photovoltaic System Sales Director 　　

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Responsible for organizing marketing operation, expanding marketing channels and regions in solar photovoltaic system integrated products and photovoltaic system integration projects

b. Participating in drawing up marketing strategies, sales models, sales targets, sales budgets, detailed marketing plans and progress control, and corporation brand promotion programs

c. Responsible for establishing marketing network and good customer relationship; grasp timely key customers’ and power industry’s strategic plan

d. Collecting market information and relevant policy trends in power industry, adjusting sales forecast, and feeding back to superiors and other related departments timely

e. Utilizing the results of marketing research, from the point of view of marketing and customer requirements, providing constructive suggestions on product line and project design

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

a. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, electric power system and automation, electric power and automatic control, mechatronics, marketing management or MBA

b. 10+ years working experience, 5+ years marketing experience in solar photovoltaic products

c. Familiar with solar photovoltaic power generation industry; working background and sales performances in electricity, power grid, energy industries are preferred; ability to draw up sales strategies and form rapidly market expansion and coverage

d. Possessing extensive customer relations in electricity market; excellent communication skills with customer top leaders, grasping accurately customers’ psychology, and knowing about customer demand

e. Ability to independently completing market, policy, competitor, and selling price system analysis

f. Strong coordinate ability and organizing ability, strong entrepreneur spirit and implementation capacity 

g. Possessing knowledge of solar panel, wind energy product, storage battery, inverter, charge controller, protection system, grid connection and non-grid-connection
