Senior Piezoelectric Film Sensor R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Responsible for development of piezoelectric sensors; cooperate with other research personnel for project programming according to the company’s requirements and implement to accomplish

b. Responsible for research and development in materials, devices and technologies of piezoelectric sensors

c. Conduct accurate detection of various performances for related products

d. Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

e. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

f. Write relevant patents and staged achievement reports

g. Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Above Master’s degree of physics, material or electronics, Ph.D degree is preferred

b. Working experience of piezoelectric material research; experiences of researching piezoelectric films, piezoelectric cables and piezoelectric sensors are preferred

c. Ability to optimize analyzations, tests and production technologies of sensors’ performances, ability to use relevant simulation software

d. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

e. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

f. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
