Senior Lithium Battery & Supercapacitor R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Build your own R&D team; develop research in the following fields——by combining with nanogenerators, mainly to research the effective storages and utilizations of the electricity produced by nanogenerators——microenergy storage technologies, self-charging energy packages, composite energy technologies, lithium ion battery and supercapacitor technologies, etc

b. Conduct accurate detection of various performances for related products

c. Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; being responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Ph.D degree is preferred

b. Research experiences in the following fields——energy storage, emphasis on researching batteries, lithium batteries, supercapacitors, familiar with their theories, structures and function improvements

c. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

d. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

e. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
