RFID R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Responsible for organizing RFID projects; assume design, realization, test and improvement of radio-frequency circuits

b. Research nanogenerators’ applications and product developments in aspect of wireless transmission and nanodevices’ designs and tests——nanosensors, micro-nano power sources, wireless teleportation technologies, radio-frequency techniques, information storage devices, LCD devices, microsignal filtering power amplifier

c. Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; being responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Bachelor’s degree of electronic information engineering, micro-electronics, communication engineering or electromechanics, Ph.D degree is preferred

b. Having research foundation in fields of radio transmission and collection, RFID technology, electronic circuit, analogue circuit, digital integrated circuit, IC card, smart card,etc

c. Familiar with fundamentals, structures and electron circuit designs of RFID products. Experience of developing RFID related hardware products is prefered

d. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

e. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

f.  Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon
