Senior Flexible/Thin Film/Micro-nano Electronic Devices R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Build your own R&D team for designing and development of flexible and thin film electron devices, and nanogenerators based electron devices——micro electron devices, nano optoelectronics technologies, flexible electronics technologies, thin film electronic products, microelectronic chips

b. Conduct accurate detection of various performances for related products

c. Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; being responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Ph.D degree is preferred

b. Having intensive study in the fields of organic electronics, optoelectronics, flexible electronics, thin film electronic products and flexible electronic circuit

c. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

d. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

e. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon

f. Forgetive, creative and result-oriented
