Sensor Senior R&D Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a. Build your own R&D team to conduct applications and product developments of nanogenerators in aspect of low-power consumed sensors——development of strain sensors and sensor arrays, flexible sensors, combined technologies of nano with biology, microfluidic chips, medical immune chips, practical medical test chips, etc

b. Conduct accurate detection of various performances for related products

c. Set up evaluation and detection methods for new products developed; being responsible for analytic statistics of test data and providing reports required

d. Collect and reorganize scientific documents, related industrial standards and industry information

e. Assist intellectual property department for patent applications

f.  Evaluate products’ feasibility together with Product Manager

Job Requirements：

a. Ph.D degree is preferred

b. Abilities of computer operation & specialized English to a certain level, strong ability of document retrieval and collection

c. Strong ability of operation, ability to build and manage R&D team, strong ability of communication, lead and teamwork

d. Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment soon

e. Forgetive, creative and result-oriented
